Completing this project was not only an important academic achievement for me, but also a significant personal experience. In the process of conducting the research, I faced many challenges and difficulties, but the result justified all efforts. The research not only helped me gain a deeper understanding of how university internships affect students’ professional experiences, but also had a positive impact on my academic experience and personal life. This decision was due to my personal interest and the relevance of the topic to many students, including myself. Moreover, the main goal of my project was not only to study the opinions of those participating in my survey, but also to help everyone who reads this work and whom it concerns personally, through the literature I read and the survey conducted aimed at employed students of the University of Wollongong in Dubai. I managed to collect fourteen responses from students who shared their opinions about the impact of employment and university studies on each other. 

The main difficulty arose due to the fact that I compiled an inaccurate Time Management that did not fit in with other major projects and my work. In further research, I will more accurately take into account and allocate all my time for the high-quality completion of the project.

In addition to quantitative data, I also conducted a literature analysis to back up my conclusions with theoretical knowledge. This allowed me to compare the results with existing studies and draw more informed conclusions. I carefully selected a number of literature in which I found research on the statistical data of my topic, and also allowed me to understand what specific questions to ask employed students for a more in-depth analysis. 

The next step was to create surveys of seventeen questions that had a narrow and clear direction for research. The most time-consuming process was to collect more responses from employed students. At this stage, I tried to approach it very ethically so that the interviewees felt comfortable and could fully disclose their answers and opinions.

As a employed student, this research has helped me learn how to manage my time more effectively and prioritize. Understanding the importance of planning and organization has helped me not only in this project, but also in other aspects of my studies and work. The completion of this project was a personal triumph, which strengthened my self-confidence and readiness for future challenges, helped me develop resilience and self-confidence. I’ve learned to deal with stress better and find ways to solve problems, which is an important quality for me.
